Top 5 Books | Over 500 Pages #booklists #orangecountyreads

This Top 5 series is a weekly meme created by Amanda @ Devouring Books.

Every week I’ll list 5 books featuring the common theme provided. These might be books that I’ve read, or ones that are still on my TBR. If I’ve read the book, I’ll have a link to my review.

Feel free to share your own favorites or give me more TBR suggestions in the comments.

Books Over 500 Pages

These books have been languishing on my shelves. I feel so bad that I’ve neglected them. Is it their size? Is it the hype?

The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt

962 pages | 53,000 GR reviews 3.91⭐️ | pub 2013

I don’t know why I haven’t read this one yet. The back cover says it’s “about a son, a mother and a life-changing work of art.” I can’t believe it has that many reviews! Add to Goodreads

The Chemist by Stephenie Meyer

518 pages | 7,700 GR reviews 3.71⭐️ | pub 2017

I really appreciated the Twilight books for what they are. I also enjoyed The Host so I really need to give this one a try. Add to Goodreads

After by Anna Todd

582 pages | 9,600 GR reviews 3.73⭐️ | pub 2014

One of my favorite bookstagrammers has raved about this series. I’m most excited to start this one. I really have no idea what it’s about! Add to Goodreads

Lethal White by Robert Galbraith

647 pages | 8,500 GR reviews 4.25⭐️ | pub 2019

I need to give this one a try. I mean it’s J.K. Rowling for goodness sake! I was sent this book and even though it’s the 4th in the series, I’m tempted to see how it goes and if I’m drawn into the story. Add to Goodreads

The Summer I Met Jack by Michelle Gable

509 pages | >500 GR reviews 3.76⭐️ | pub 2018

I can’t believe I haven’t read this one yet. I’m a fan of this local author and her earlier works. And of course the mysterious Kennedy family is always an interesting topic. Add to Goodreads

Have you read any of these? What your favorite book with over 500 pages?
