Happy Friday Book Friends! Today’s first lines comes from A Christmas Wedding by James Patterson and Richard DiLallo.
This book will get you in the holiday spirit with a holiday wedding, an exciting secret and a life-changing gift from the bride to her family.
First Lines:
“CLAIRE DONOGHUE, Gaby’s eldest daughter, had just finished her mother’s video, and, well, wow. Go, Gaby! For the moment, though, Claire was paying her household bills, and bill paying was kind of like playing “I love you, I love you not” with hand grenades. Sooner or later, Claire knew, one of them was going to blow up in her face. In everybody’s face.”

Happy Friday!🎄🎅
My first lines come from Lowcountry Bookshop by Susan M Boyer…….
The dead are prone to secrecy. Eighteen years ago, my best friend Colleen took the outbound train to the next world. She’s seen behind the curtain, knows the answers to a great many questions. But since she’s been back in her role as guardian spirit, she can’t share this information with me. It’s against the rules, that’s what she tells me.
Have an awesome weekend and happy reading!📚😊💕
