Happy Friday! I’m back with GirlXOXO and Traveling with T for the annual #AMonthofFaves blog event – a fun way to recap the year that was. Get all the details here!
This will be my second year participating! (Click here to see last year’s posts!)
Join in anytime for some or all of the topics. There will also be a link-up on the host blogs so that we can all stop by each other’s posts to leave comments, high fives, good vibes, and well wishes.
FRI | Dec. 6 – #AMonthofFaves The 2019 Favorite Things Edition – e.g. to wear, smell, see, do, enjoy, best purchases, most used gift received, most used purchases, favorite concert, outdoor activity, something crafty you made.
Looking back at the year with a grateful heart is always a good exercise. It helps me to remember all the fun and amazing experiences I had! Here are some of my favorite bookish things from 2019!
January
I made a custom bookmark and have handed them out at events and included them in giveaways. I’m thrilled with how they’ve turned out, and its a cool business card.
I bought my SECOND book cart!
February
Meeting the Author: Dani Shapiro interviewed by Jamie Lee Curtis
I went to this event just to see Jamie and then ended up hearing an incredible story of DNA and genealogy and family secrets.
I was sent these beautiful flowers by my sweet friend Shannon. She sent them just to cheer me up! Who does that?!
Bookmail: From time to time publishers will send cool promo material with their books and they sent this moleskins journal with The Silent Patient.
March
Meeting the Author: Gretchen Rubin, Mission Viejo
More excellent book mail!

Great wrap-up! I love seeing all the fab book events you attend. I heard about a great one coming up at The Queen Mary. Are you going to it?
It was so much fun meeting you last April and look forward to doing it again someday!

I don’t know. I would love to, but with my heath issues I can’t commit to it right now.
Do you know if there is a ticket cap? I may need to decide last minute. Is this an event they do every year?
