Top Ten Tuesday: 10 Longest Books Read

I like big books and I cannot…

Seriously, I tend to read pretty quickly so I used to always choose the biggest, longest books that I could really get lost in.

Here’s a few favorites with more than 500 pages 😲

Clan of the Cave Bear, 516 pages

Harry Potter: Goblet of Fire, 734 pages

The Bronze Horseman, 810 pages

Outlander 896 pages

I Know This Much Is True, 897 pages

Pillars of the Earth, 973 pages

Gone With The Wind, 1037 pages

Les Miserable 1463 pages

WANT TO READ:

The Goldfinch, 771 pages

Alexander Hamilton, 731 pages

So…. have you read any of these books? What’s the longest book you’ve read?

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

  1. I like long books too. I remember when i was young if the book i picked was thin, i tried to find a second book to go with it. I don’t want the story to end!
Ive never read any of the above, and that includes harry potter, yes. Though i did watch gone with the wind.I think, though i’m not sure that bag of bones by stephen king was the longest i’ve ever had. but, now a days i only read e-book, so i think Throne of Glass and a court of thorns and roses are just as long too.

  2. I forgot about the Goldfinch. I read that one a few years back and really enjoyed it. I think it supposed to be made into a movie soon. I have always wanted to read Gone With the Wind. I haven’t even seen the movie. Great list. Have a great week.
