It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? #weeklyrecap

Last Week:

Check out 6️⃣ New Posts last week

Book Reviews posted for 1️⃣ book:

Lost Roses by Martha Hall

I finished 3️⃣ three books last week and just in time because they are all 🆕 new TOMORROW (March 5th)!

I had a great time at The Ripped Bodice Bookstore on Sunday. The Ripped Bodice is the only exclusively romance bookstore in the United States! Sisters and owners Leah and Bea Koch raised $91,000 on Kickstarter to bring their dream of a romance-only bookstore to life.

They’re celebrating their 3rd Birthday and the store and displays were even cuter than I’d heard! You can see more pictures here.

Blog Notes:

Currently Reading:

The two books below are my current reads. Look for my review posts!

Bittersweet Brooklyn by Thelma Adams | Historical Fiction, mobsters and mystery? I’m in!

Midnight at the Wandering Vineyard by Jamie Raintree | This Women’s Fiction title is about two estranged friends coming together to complete a bucket list. Sounds interesting!

The Week Ahead:

There is a lot of excitement at Book Fairy HQ this week as we prepare for our official second birthday on Friday, International Women’s Day, March 8th!

I’ll be celebrating with The Book Fairies by hiding feminist books all around Orange County!

  1. The Ripped Bodice looks so cool! It’s not my genre but I love that they made it happen.

    1. I agree Tina… it’s such a wonderful story. (And not my first genre either).

  2. I loved your pics from the bookstore! SO FUN! And of course loved those reads. Will be watching for your reviews and I have your two for this week coming up too!

    1. Thanks Jenni! I ❤️ supporting bookstores. I can’t wait to read your reviews too. The last three books I read were ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Love when that happens.

    1. Thanks Sarah for the keen eye! It’s crazy to think of all the words I’ve written since I began. 🤔
