Blogoween Post 13 and Top Ten Tuesday: Top Ten Halloween Recipes

It’s almost Halloween! We’ve managed to carve one pumpkin 🎃 and mostly decorate the house. I made pumpkin bread too! Yummy.

I’m combining the Top Ten Tuesday post with my last (sniff sniff) Blogoween post. It’s been a great month and I’ve loved reading everyone’s posts and comments. Big hugs to Sam and Clo for organizing! *throws pumpkin spice and spider webs into the air*

It’s also Halloween Freebie for the Top Ten Tuesday prompt so I decided to share TEN fun/boozy/creepy/easy Halloween recipes! (📸 credit to original linked post)

Ghosts in the Graveyard cake This spooky cake is easy to make and fun to decorate.

Trick or Treat PizzaDon’t let your leftover Halloween loot go to waste. Pile your favorite candies onto a monster-size cookie.

Candy Corn Jello ShotsThe seasonal treat that inspires strong feelings – love ’em or hate ’em – in a boozy shot form. This version goes for a triple shot, so shoot responsibly. Serve with candy corn on the side. Cheers!

Brain HemorrhageThis is for the daring Halloween partygoer It looks so disgusting and creepy, you may just have a hard time getting your guests to try one. Try also with strawberry schnapps.

Hot Dog Mummiesit’s super simple and a great recipe for kids learning how to cook

Halloween Eyeball Sub: Radishes and olive slices make eerily convincing edible eyeballs. Serve on jumbo hoagie rolls for dinner, or swap those for slider buns and serve them up at your next party.

Halloween Harvest Hash Chex Mix– Beware: baking it will make the whole house smell delicious!

Monster Candy Bark: If you find yourself with extra candy, melt it all down for this no-rules candy bark. Chill in the refrigerator until hard and break into bite-sized pieces.

Pumpkin Pie Dip: Cheesecake filling and canned pumpkin are the main ingredients for this seasonal snack. Serve it up with graham crackers or some cinnamon sugar pita chips.

Now I’m getting hungry! Do you have a favorite spooky recipe to share?

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
